Nova Gymnastics offers fun and exciting gymnastics classes to children ages 15 months through 16 years.  We are located at the intersection of Highway 67 and Belt Line Road in Cedar Hill, conveniently serving the communities of Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Desoto, Grand Prairie, Midlothian, Mansfield, Ovilla, Red Oak, Venus, Waxahachie, and others.

We provide gymnastics training and tumbling classes for both girls and boys.  Our facility is equipped with contemporary gymnastics equipment including a large in-ground foam pit, trampolines, balance beams, rings, horizontal bars, parallel bars, uneven bars, vault, pommel horse, a 60 foot rod floor, a 40 foot tumble track, and more. 

Children as young as 15 months can participate in our Tiny Stars gymnastics classes.  These are parent participation classes where one parent attends class with their toddler.  Three and four year olds attend our Shooting Stars gymnastics classes, and Super Stars classes are for children five through 16.  See the Class Descriptions page for more information on these classes.

Nova Gymnastics also offers Tumbling classes to our students ages five through 16 where they will learn basic through advanced tumbling skills on trampoline, tumble track, rod floor and floor.
